Parish Council
The Parish Council meets each month to guide the parish in its long range goal setting and administration. It is the Parish Councils responsibility to oversee the activities of all the standing committees of the Parish so that the Parish fulfills not only its mission statement, but more importantly the mission of Christ and that of His Church.
Members of the Council are elected from the parish at large with elections held in May of each year. Members serve for a 3 year term and are able to run for election for one consecutive term. In addition to attending the Council Meeting, each member also serve as a council representatives to the various standing committees of the Council.
Parishioners are invited and encouraged to place their name for nomination for a term on the Parish Council. If you would be interested in serving, or would like more information on the Council, please call the Pastor at the Parish Office or e-mail him at FrRosonke@stpartickscr.org.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is a standing sub-committee of the Parish Council. It has the obligation of planning and providing, for both the financial affairs as well as the physical properties of the parish. It is concerned with both the budget as well as the support of the church by the parishioners, in addition to the effective utilization and maintenance of the parish facilities.
Board of Education
The Board of Education is a policy-making group of representatives who are elected by the parish at large. Elections take place in May of each year and elected members serve for a three year term and are eligible to serve for one additional consecutive three year term. Members of the Board represent our parish on the Holy family Board of Education, the Xavier Board, plus oversee our Parish Religious Education for our Youth as well as our Adult Ed. Even though the members are elected by the parish, they are a standing sub committee to the Parish Council.

Liturgy Committee
It is through our liturgies that we as a community celebrate who we are and what we believe. As Catholics we hold the Eucharist and our Liturgies as the center of our faith life and as the perfect prayer.
It is the challenge of the Liturgy Committee to provide nourishment and give direction to the liturgical and worship elements of the parish. It is also the responsibility of this committee to assist in the spiritual growth and development of the parish members.

Parish Community Life Committee
The Parish Community Life committee is a standing sub-committee of the Parish Council and it encompasses all the programs and activities of the parish that strengthens us as a Christian community. The committee fosters a since of belonging among the members of the parish. Its scope includes a wide variety of activities throughout the year which foster the community life of the parish. This committee also focuses on activities that strengthen family life within the parish.

Social Concerns Committee
The Social Concerns Committee is responsible for enabling members of the Parish to respond to the social problems of today by giving special care to the poor, the lonely, the aged, the oppressed, and the minority groups.
The St. Patrick's Social Concerns Committee is involved in such projects as serving dinners at the Green Square Soup Kitchen, collecting eye glasses for the lions club, collecting and distributing food to the food pantries of the community, and raising money for various community needs and organizations, just to name a few.

Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee is a standing sub-committee of the parish Council. This committee has the responsibility to permeate parish life and activities so that the faithful will recognize the call to be Christian Stewards. As Christian Stewards we believe that all we have received is a gift from God, and with an attitude of gratitude we cherish and tend those gifts in a responsible and accountable manor, and return them to Him in justice and love and with increase. It is the Stewardship Committees responsibility to keep this vision and attitude before the Parish Community.
