Welcome to the Fish Fry Volunteer Hub!

Thank you for your help with our annual fish fry!  At this time, our online sign up is closed. If you would like to volunteer, please call the parish office to sign up.
                                                                                                                 
ROLES:
Friday Morning Prep - Help to prep potatoes, bread fish, fill containers, and make tartar sauce baggies early Friday Morning (7:00am-9:30am).

Call-ahead Order Takers - Call ahead order takers answer the phones on Fridays (9:00am-3:00pm) in the Parish Office to take orders for those calling ahead. Morning and afternoon shifts available.

Parish Office Help - Answer the door and help with small office tasks during the busy morning. (9:00am-12:00pm).

Drive Thru Help - Help to direct traffic in the parking lot for the drive thru during the Fish Fry (4:00-7:00pm).

Dining Room Help  - Bus, clean, and restock the tables throughout the evening for our dine in service. Assist those who need help taking trays or beverages to their table (4:45-7:30).

Cashier (Indoors) - Take orders and create change (if necessary) inside the parish center. Must be comfortable taking orders on an iPad screen (4:30pm-7:00pm).

Dishwashers - Help wash dishes throughout the evening, (5:00-8:30).

Dining Room Clean Up - Clean up Parish Hall at end of the night by cleaning tables and chairs, vacuuming, sweeping (7:00-8:30).
       

When you arrive for your volunteer shift (starting at 7:00am with the Friday morning prep crew), please come to The Well located across from the parish office. There will be a sign posted outside the room saying "volunteers". You can safely leave your belongs in this room.

If you are an afternoon or evening volunteer, please use the courtyard dine in entrance of the parish center building  (see map below) where the St. Patrick statue is located. 

We ask that all volunteers helping in the afternoon and evening park at the back of the dine in parking lot (see map below).
